How To Make Payments
Health Insurance, Pension, Tithes, and Missions

 

We strongly urge churches to complete the worksheet and make payments online using Ministry Financials which allows you to print reports and see payments made.  This is available at no charge to use.

How to use Ministry Financials:

Step 1: 
Review the “Getting Started” Training Document and watch the Ministry
financials Tutorials located within the program after log in.

Step 2:  
Locate your Username and Password on the flyer that was previously mailed to your church financial officer.  Your church GCFA ID is the username.  If needed, click “forgot password"  to set a new password.  Be advised that the password link will be sent to the email address on file in the Conference database where you receive your statements/invoices. 
If you did not receive a flyer and need assistance, please contact
 anitasummers@holston.org or call direct at 865-293-4127.

Step 3:
Click here to log in to Ministry Financials and enter your monthly Tithe, Mission/Advance Specials, Pension and Insurance payment amounts by the 10th of the month following receipt of the funds. Complete and make payment online.  You may print reports at this time.  This will complete the process and you do not have to send any paperwork to the conference office.  
 

If you do not use Ministry Financials, Download the pre-formulated Excel worksheet to complete and mail with a check to the conference office attention A/R to the address below.
